Staarvani Partner Policy

Welcome to Staarvani! As a partner, your role is essential in delivering exceptional lifestyle, astrology, and numerology consultation services to our users. To ensure a professional and seamless experience for both you and the customers, we have established the following policies. By onboarding as a partner, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

1. Professional Conduct

1.1 Consultation Sessions

  • Partners are required to join all scheduled consultation sessions promptly at the designated time.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the session. This includes respectful communication, accurate information sharing, and providing value to the customer.
  • Ensure that the session aligns with the service description provided on your profile.

1.2 Sharing Personal Information

  • Partners are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media profiles, etc.) with users.
  • Attempts to communicate outside the Staarvani platform will result in immediate suspension or termination.

2. Service Obligations

2.1 Honor Booked Appointments

  • Partners must fulfill all customer bookings as per the confirmed schedule.
  • Failure to attend a booked session without prior notification will result in:
    1. First Strike: A warning issued.
    2. Second Strike: Suspension of account for review.
    3. Third Strike: Permanent removal from the platform.

2.2 Quality of Service

  • Customers will have the ability to rate and review each consultation.
  • Partners who receive consistently low ratings will be subject to review and possible removal from the platform.

2.3 Out of Office (OOO) Management

  • Partners can mark themselves as Out of Office (OOO) through their portal by selecting the desired calendar days. During this time, your availability will be removed from the platform.
  • Any bookings made prior to marking OOO must still be honored.
  • For extreme circumstances, where a session cannot be attended, partners must email [email protected] to request approval and reschedule or cancel the session with prior notice

3. Payment Policy

3.1 Payment Process

  • Staarvani will hold consultation funds for a 15-day review period to address any customer disputes or concerns.
  • Payments will be processed monthly, with funds released on the 15th of each month for consultations completed in the preceding month.

3.2 Payment Deductions

  • The final payment amount will include deductions for the following:
    1. GST (Goods and Services Tax)
    2. Payment platform fees
    3. Staarvani platform fee
    4. Foreign exchange fee if applicable
    5. TDS as per Government of India, Income tax rules.

3.3 Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a customer dispute, Staarvani reserves the right to temporarily withhold payments until the issue is resolved.
  • Partners are expected to cooperate with Staarvani’s support team in resolving any disputes.

4. User Feedback and Ratings

4.1 Feedback Collection

  • Customer ratings and reviews will be used to evaluate partner performance.
  • Repeated negative feedback or low ratings will trigger a performance review.

4.2 Performance-Based Actions

  • Partners with consistently poor feedback will receive the following actions:
    1. Warning issued for improvement.
    2. Temporary suspension for retraining or review.
    3. Permanent removal from the platform.

5. Partner Portal Guidelines

5.1 Profile Management

  • Partners must provide accurate and professional information on their profile, including service descriptions, qualifications, and available timeslots.
  • Misrepresentation of services or qualifications will result in immediate termination.

5.2 Scheduling and Availability

  • Partners are responsible for maintaining an updated calendar to reflect their accurate availability.
  • Partners can utilize the Out of Office feature to mark unavailable dates.
  • Frequent unavailability or last-minute cancellations will negatively impact performance evaluations.

6. Violations and Penalties

6.1 Policy Violations

  • Any breach of the policies outlined in this document will be subject to investigation and action by the Staarvani team.

6.2 Penalty Framework

    1. First Violation: A formal warning issued.
    2. Second Violation: Suspension of account pending review.
    3. Third Violation: Permanent removal from the platform.

7. General Provisions

7.1 Updates to the Policy

  • Staarvani reserves the right to update this policy as necessary. Partners will be notified of any changes and are required to review and accept updated terms.

7.2 Acceptance of Terms

  • By onboarding as a partner, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this document. Non-acceptance will result in disqualification from using the platform.

8. Marketing and Promotional Use of Content

8.1 By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

  • Staarvani and Staarsign may use your photographs, reviews, consultation services, and related content for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • This content may be published on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google.
  • The content may also be used in other promotional channels, both digital and print.
  • You understand that this content may be publicly accessible and utilized to promote Staarvani and Staarsign’s services.

9. Partner Onboarding and Evaluation Process

9.1 To ensure the best experience for both our partners and clients, all new partners must complete an initial onboarding phase consisting of 11 warm-up sessions. These sessions serve multiple purposes:

  • The warm-up sessions serve the following purposes:
    1. Skill and Performance Evaluation: The warm-up sessions provide an opportunity for us to assess your skills and effectiveness as a partner.
    2. Platform Familiarization: You will also become more familiar with the platform’s tools, processes, and expectations.
    3. Feedback Loop: These sessions allow us to gather valuable feedback to support your growth and development.

9.2 Important Notes:

  • Here are some key details to keep in mind regarding the onboarding process:
    1. Unpaid During Onboarding: Please note that the 11 warm-up sessions will be unpaid.
    2. Eligibility Review: After completing the 11 sessions, we will evaluate your performance and determine whether you are eligible to become an official partner on the platform.
    3. Official Partner Status: If you are determined eligible, you will be formally recognized as an official partner and will be entitled to earn 50% of the consultation service cost (minus applicable taxes) for any future sessions you provide.
