By accessing or using Staarvani, including visiting our website at staarvani.com, interacting with our AI chatbot (“Vani AI”), or utilizing our astrology, numerology, or report services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Services Provided

Staarvani provides astrology, numerology, and related interpretive services delivered through automated systems, including artificial intelligence and algorithmic models.
All services are provided for informational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. Outputs are generated based on user inputs, predefined astrological principles, probabilistic models, and AI-based interpretations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or outcomes of any content, prediction, or report.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence

• 3.1 AI-Generated Content: You acknowledge and agree that responses, reports, and recommendations provided by Vani AI are generated by artificial intelligence systems and are not authored, reviewed, or verified by a human astrologer in real time.
• 3.2 Limitations of AI: AI outputs may be incomplete, imprecise, generalized, or contain inaccuracies. Staarvani does not warrant that AI-generated responses reflect factual certainty, future outcomes, or personal circumstances.
• 3.3 No Reliance: You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content for making decisions related to health, finance, legal matters, relationships, or life choices.

4. User Responsibilities

• 4.1 Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information when using our services. Inaccurate or misleading inputs may materially affect outputs.
• 4.2 Lawful Use: You agree to use Staarvani in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not for any unlawful, abusive, manipulative, or exploitative purpose.
• 4.3 Prohibited Conduct: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, manipulate, disrupt, or misuse the AI systems or underlying infrastructure.

5. Age Eligibility, Children’s Data, and Parental Consent (DPDP-Compliant)

• 5.1 General Access: Staarvani’s services and AI chatbot interfaces are intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. Children are not encouraged to independently access or interact with the platform.
• 5.2 Children’s Reports by Guardians: Staarvani offers astrology and numerology reports for children below 18 years of age only when requested by a parent or legal guardian. Such reports are generated based on information provided by the adult and delivered to the adult.
• 5.3 Verifiable Parental Consent: By submitting personal data relating to a child, you confirm that: you are the child’s parent or lawful guardian, or have verifiable authority to act on their behalf; you provide free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for the collection, processing, and retention of the child’s personal data for the stated purposes; you accept these Terms on behalf of the child.
• 5.4 No Direct Child Engagement: Staarvani does not knowingly permit children to directly engage with interactive AI features without adult involvement and does not engage in tracking, profiling, or behavioral monitoring of children.

6. Personal Data Processing, Retention, and Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

• 6.1 Purpose Limitation: Personal data is collected and processed solely for: generating astrology and numerology reports, responding to user queries, delivering and maintaining requested services, ensuring platform security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• 6.2 Lawful Basis for Processing: Data processing is carried out on the basis of: user consent, or deemed consent where permitted under applicable law. For children’s data, processing is strictly based on parental or guardian consent.
• 6.3 Data Minimization: We collect only such personal data as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and do not require excessive or unrelated information.
• 6.4 Data Retention: Personal data, including children’s data, is retained only for the duration necessary to: provide the requested reports or services, comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations, resolve disputes or enforce legal rights. Upon fulfillment of these purposes, data is securely deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is required by law.
• 6.5 Use of Data for AI Systems: Personal data is not intentionally used to train AI models in an identifiable manner. Where data is used for system improvement, it is aggregated and anonymized to prevent individual identification, including that of minors.
